PEER REVIEW

Reviewing the door and hardware package and preparing a report highlighting any discrepancies, contradictions, omissions and duplications in the packages.

VALUE ENGINEERING

Redesigning the doors and hardware package to meet the Client's budget.

MASTER KEYING

Design and development of the project's Master Key System. Coordinating with different stake holders to prepare a unified and holistic system

KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Designing the requirements of managing the keys and the correct type and capacity of Key Cabinets specifically for the project and type of use.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Managing complete aspects of the Door and Hardware Package

FIRE DOOR INSPECTIONS

Inspecting Fire Rated Doors in compliance with Code and Specification. Preparing the NFPA Documentation for Civil Defense inspections. Ensuring doors and hardware are installed correctly along with their relevant Fire Labels.

ELECTROMECHANICAL & ACCESS CONTROL

Coordinating, designing, specifying the door hardware with Security/Access Control requirements. Preparing door elevations, wiring diagrams, etc...

THIRD PARTY DOOR INSPECTIONS

Third Party Inspections on installation of Doors and Hardware on Site. Resolving installation issues between doors, hardware and access control.

DOOR HARDWARE

Maintaining and updating, specifying new set compilations. Incorporating RFI amendments.

DOORS - METAL - TIMBER - ALUMINUM

Maintaining and updating, designing new door types. Incorporating RFI amendments.

SPECIFICATION DIVISION 8

Preparation of CSI's Division 8 incorporating specification requirements for Doors and Hardware

TECHNICAL DATA

Preparation of all technical cut sheets, specifications and standards for the Doors and Hardware

ADA COMPLIANCE

Coordinating, designing and specifying doors and hardware in aspects of ADA Compliance.

SITE SUPPORT

Supporting the Client on Site, attending coordination meetings and rectifying any issues with regards to Doors and Hardware with other divisions i.e. Fire Life Safety, Security & Access Control, Acoustics and Interior Design Requirements.

COORDINATION

Coordinating the requirements of the door hardware with other divisions such as doors, access control, security, fire life safety, acoustics, installation, site conditions and interior design
